Dr. Richard Anderson has been treating patients in Colorado Springs since 1966. Born and raised in the town of Grove in western Kansas, Richard graduated with a BS from Fort Hays State University where he played basketball and baseball. He later received his DDS from the University of Missouri School of Dentistry.After graduation, Dr. Anderson and his wife, Patti, moved to Colorado Springs on account of the great outdoor lifestyle that we have in the Pike's Peak region. He moved from his original office on West Colorado to its current location in 1975 and merged his practice with his son, Dr. Erick Anderson in 2002. Dr. Anderson continues to maintain his proficiency through extensive post-graduate education in TMJ/TMD occlusion and is a Graduate of the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dentistry and Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study. He considers it a privilege to have cared for generations of families in the Pike's Peak region.In his free time, Dr. Anderson likes to spend time with his family, golf and reading.
